On March 2, 2014 the Corvette Club of South Florida produced and presented a spectacular Corvette and Open Car & Truck Show at our sponsor’s dealership – Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet in Coconut Creek.  The show was enjoyed, not only by its participants, but an overwhelming number of visitors.  Our show registered 283 cars and trucks in this year’s event.  The show, assisted by Jumpin’ Jack Productions, featured the one and only, best DJ in Florida – “Scott the Music Man”, with a special presentation by the “Blues Brothers”.  We had 90 awards, over 130 door prizes, raffles, gift baskets, vendors and goody bags just to name a few items of special interest.  Free hot dogs, hamburgers & drinks were available throughout the day to everyone.  The show was an enormous success to say the least.  Be sure to check out the photos from this event under our Event Photos tab.

On Friday March 21, 2014 our club again visited the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in Hollywood, FL.  We were extremely pleased to present them with a donation check in the amount of $10,000.  Our club’s total three years of donations to this outstanding and dedicated hospital is now at $18,950.  We are extremely proud of our accomplishments and goals.

We are already in the early production of next year’s event.  The Corvette Club of South Florida, with its continuous support of our dedicated sponsor, Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet, will present its 4th Annual Corvette and Open Car & Truck Show on Sunday, March 1, 2015 from 12 – 6 PM.  We will continue to offer the same outstanding presentation as in years past.
